𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

If you have not had the opportunity to experience the 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, you are missing out! The BOTTLE WORKS hosts many visual arts exhibits in its own state-of-the-art gallery, as well as arts classes, concerts, workshops, demonstrations, film screenings, cooking classes, yoga, and more.

CJL Engineering provided MEP design for 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, a center with clustered studio space in a reconstructed industrial building. Located in the historic 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 neighborhood, ART WORKS is a 18,000sf 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 where artists can create, teach display and market their work. The complex provides individual artist studios, shared equipment, an art supply store, classrooms, a multi-media room, a public gathering space, and a future rooftop café. A unique feature was the installation of a green roof.

The existing lighting fixtures were reused and additional decorative and tract lighting was added. The energy efficient HVAC system includes an air-cooled packaged roof top unit with environmentally friendly refrigerant CJL Engineering. The air system includes zone dampers and gas heat designed for space flexibility and a MERV 13 Air Filters to ensure occupant comfort. Low flow fixtures in the restrooms.

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: Green Roofs make surfaces 30-40% cooler and last 40 years or more.
